What is an AppID?

  • Updated

An AppID is the unique identifier assigned to each individual app you register on the Bright SDK platform. Every app you add to your Bright SDK account receives its own AppID — no two apps share the same one.

The AppID serves two practical purposes: it tracks how many devices are actively running your app with Bright SDK enabled, and it ties those devices back to your specific account so that your earnings are calculated and paid out correctly.
